How we handle interest-registration data

What do we collect?

We collect your name, chosen contact route and contact detail, city of residence, and preferred language, together with your answers to the seven conversation questions: the kind of support you are looking for, what you want the membership to help you work toward, why it is a priority now, when you would consider starting, who would be involved in the decision, how ready you are for ongoing follow-up, and whether you are ready to proceed at the membership's annual level, need its scope and terms first, or are not ready for that commitment, with an investment range only if you are ready and choose to state one. We also record the page language, consent time, submission and notice versions, integrity digests, and submission time. If you choose telephone contact, we also collect your preferred call window.

We do not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, medicines, test results, genetic information, or health records in this form.

Why do we use it?

We use the data for one purpose: to record the conversation you requested, perform the minimum validation, deduplication, and security steps needed to keep that record accurate, review your answers, including your self-declared readiness for the annual commitment and any range you stated, so that a person can prepare and prioritise that conversation, and respond through your chosen contact route. Prioritisation is a human follow-up decision about which conversations to hold first; it is not a clinical or eligibility decision, an offer, an admission, or a check of what you can afford. We do not use this personal record for marketing you did not request, care, clinical decisions, or payment.

What is required?

Your name, contact route and detail, city, preferred language, privacy acknowledgement, and an answer to each of the seven conversation questions are required. Each question includes an honest answer for someone who is still deciding, and the annual-commitment question can be answered by saying you need the scope and terms first or that you are not ready. The investment range is asked only if you are ready, and can be left for private discussion. The call window is optional. No health information is required or requested.

Who is responsible for this registration?

Interest registration operates under the founder's publishing decision of 4 September 2026. The legal controller's identity, capacity, physical address and monitored contact route are being confirmed by the founder's legal team and will be published here when they are supplied; until then they are recorded as unknown, not assumed. Privacy requests reach the email address in the rights section below.

Where is it processed?

The web application and primary database are configured for Frankfurt, Germany, in the European Union, while page delivery may use global network routing. This describes the current technical setup; it is not a claim of external regulatory certification.

Technical and abuse-protection data

The same registration purpose uses a one-time submission identifier, validation, deduplication, integrity digests, version stamps, and timestamps to keep the record accurate and secure. Your connection address is used separately in a rate-limit bucket to prevent automated submissions; it becomes eligible for deletion after 48 hours, and an authenticated cleanup runs daily. It is not stored on your interest-registration record.

Retention

An interest-registration record becomes eligible for deletion 24 months after submission only when no rights request is open and no verified correction was recorded in the previous 24 months. A verified correction restarts the 24-month clock for the corrected record. A verified deletion request or consent withdrawal erases the registration and its linked notification record immediately. A daily deletion job enforces the scheduled rules. Separate membership, clinical, payment, refund, or legal records are outside this form and follow their own terms and retention requirements.

Your choices

Email the address below to request access to a copy, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of your consent and future contact. We verify identity through an appropriate route before disclosing or changing a record. A rights request is due within 30 days; if the applicable rules permit one extension of no more than 30 additional days, we will notify you before the first deadline and give the reason. You may also complain to the competent authority through its official complaints service.

Automated decisions

This form does not make an automated clinical, eligibility, admission, or membership decision. The follow-up category shown to the founder is derived from your own answers by fixed, readable rules and is reviewed by a person before any conversation.
